About us

 

It all started in 2021, with the purchase of an old house in ruins. A dwelling that follows the traditional style of the Beira region, right at the gates of the city of Guarda: a two-story house, with the first floor intended for living, accessed by a stone staircase with its porch. The ground floor was usually used for storage or for sheltering farm animals.

A renovation was carried out that values the past and meets the needs of the present: the rustic and natural look was preserved, but with touches of comfort and modernity, always with the concern of harmonious integration into the landscape.

Not only does the name refer to the place where it is located, but also to the main goal of those who conceived and designed the space: to provide guests with a shelter to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and urban stress, the perfect refuge for unique moments!

  • The accommodation, with capacity for up to 7 guests, offers 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with a triple bunk bed), ideal for 4 adults and 3 children, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms, with minimalist and cozy decor.

 

  • The fully fenced property features air conditioning and heating. Outside, guests have access to a heated pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, dining area, and social space, all for exclusive use.

 

  • Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, espresso coffee machine (Nespresso system), washing machine, electric kettle, air fryer, hand blender, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and various kitchen utensils.
  • Living room with 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), pellet stove, Smart TV, fiber internet/Wi-Fi access.
